David and his wife Judy reside in The Pinehills in Plymouth, MA, having relocated there from New Bern, NC in 2022. David and Judy are both natives of Massachusetts where the childhood sweethearts raised their three children who combined have blessed the family with six beautiful granddaughters!

David spent his early career in senior professional positions in high-tech and financial services while going to school evenings to obtain his MBA from Suffolk University. He has held a MA real estate broker’s license for more than 45 years during which he built a profitable residential property rental business. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of NC.

You may catch David, a Coast Guard Licensed Captain, and Judy out on the New England coastal waters sailing their 45’ sailboat (Escape). David also enjoys kayaking and running along the picturesque Pinehills countryside.

David joined the KW New Bern, NC team in 2018 and transferred to the KW Cape Cod and Coastal Partners team in 2022 specializing in residential and waterfront properties. He loves to share what coastal living at its best is all about and is eager to help others discover what it is like to live and play on or near the coast year-round.
